Agreement to Terms

By accessing mudoapp.com, downloading or using the Mudo mobile application, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website, app, or services.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and use mudoapp.com for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Download and install the app on devices you own or control
  • Use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Subscribe to our newsletter and receive communications from us

Subscriptions and Payments

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Mudo offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to period end.

Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment policies. Subscription management must be done through your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s refund policies — we do not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds directly.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when subscribing or creating an account
  • Use our website and app in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or website
  • Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Not share your account or engage in unauthorized access
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of Mudo and third parties

Mudo is designed for mood tracking and personal wellness only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app does not provide medical advice or mental health treatment and should not be used for diagnosing or treating medical conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal action arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
